Delivery Times

GelSeat Pro aims to ship all orders within 24-48 hours after purchase confirmation. Shipping times are estimated from the date of dispatch Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 3 days to reflect.

IMPORTANT: GelSeat Pro cannot be held liable for any packages lost or stolen after delivery. We collaborate closely with top-tier courier services that supply photo proof of delivery. Once this proof is given, we are not accountable for any theft of packages once they have reached their intended destination.

PO Box addresses are not to be used due to our couriers not supporting them.
